In truth, nothing motivates me more than seeing my payslip grow. In just seven months I've seen my salary increase four fold, and constant support means I don't lose the motivation to keep pushing my billings up. The commission is unlimited (which sickens friends who work for other agencies) and the incentives are amazing (five star trips abroad and regular lunches in Bristol's finest restaurants).

The directors want to see consultants maximise their potential and they offer every help, from training opportunities to support from the Marketing Team bringing in new jobs and contacts.

I'd worked in other recruitment companies in the past - some large, some small, some good, some not so good. On occasion, the culture and principals have failed to impress. Finishing university was daunting, with no clear career path. I saw g2 as a great chance to be part of an exciting, innovative company. Although the admin team isn't incentivised in the same way as sales staff, our hard work does not go unrewarded. I was recently part of a great company outing to Prague.
