I have been working at g2 for 5 months and the training and support towards my personal development have been second to none. In my time here I have had unlimited training from one to one's with senior consultants/managers and external performance coaches to group sessions with my peers. This has given me the techniques and tools I need to be the best I possibly can and resulted in unbelievable results! I would not be as successful as I am right now if it wasn't for the training and coaching I have received here. 

As a result of my continued success I have dined in Bristol's finest restaurants all expenses paid, have phenomenal 5 figure pay checks and received company wide awards and that's just the beginning! I can not wait for what the future holds for me within g2, my sights are now set on fast growth towards senior consultant/management and the financial incentives that come part and parcel of that.

With the prospect of international growth on the horizon the opportunities look really great.

Coming to G2 straight from university was a great chance to start on a successful career path at a younger age than most. Now, 4 years later, I am earning significantly more than my peers, have been promoted to executive consultant with an increase on the basic salary, have hit a number of car targets, and regularly enjoy being taken on company lunches at excellent restaurants in Bristol and company holidays to exciting destinations.

Working alongside and being trained by directors of the company who themselves helped set up the business, as well as senior members of the team who are continually hitting targets is extremely motivating, and seeing the opportunities to move up to senior/executive consultant, team leader and above proves you can rise through the ranks quickly if you have the right desire and ambition.

All in all, with a great commission structure in place, if you put in the work at g2 you will see over and above both the financial and incentive-based rewards you might expect or hope for in recruitment.

I started working for g2 almost two years ago to the day. In that time, I’ve been flown all around Europe on 5 star weekend breaks (4 in two years) and eaten at some of the best restaurants the UK has to offer on champagne lunches – nothing beats leaving the office at midday on a Friday and eating Michelin star quality food alongside fine wines whilst everyone else at work. The social aspect of g2 is phenomenal, with most of the office going out together very regularly – it’s very inspiring and refreshing to be surrounded by such talented and driven people, and the banter’s pretty good too, with everyone from the directors down to the admin staff being very approachable and down to earth.

I started as a recruitment consultant, moving into my current role around a year ago. I am now fortunate enough to have a very diverse role in the company, being responsible for all of our marketing activities and getting to try my hand at IT & Purchasing too. My role is to support the sales staff by generating good quality leads for them to chase – these can come from any source, be it marketing activities, research or simply monitoring clients websites for vacancies. It’s great watching my pay slip grow and grow, but also knowing that I’m increasing the incomes of those around me at the same time.
