Microsoft expands communications capabilities of Internet Explorer 8
Microsoft has expanded the communications capabilities of Internet Explorer 8 adding an extra 18 languages.
A total of 43 native tongues are now available for the browser, including Bulgarian, Croatian, Hindi, Romanian and Slovakian.
Users are able to install more than one language pack on their machines.
Windows Vista and Windows Server 2008 packages have also been made available, which are downloadable from the firm's official website.
The organisation has not yet finished its extension of the software, it revealed on its blog.
"Furthermore, Internet Explorer 8 will be made available shortly in an additional 20 languages. Please stay tuned," international program manager of Internet Explorer Vishwac Sena Kannan wrote.
These include Albanian, Tamil, Telugu, Punjabi, Kazakh and Oriya.
Earlier this month, the firm offered Internet Explorer 8 as an automatic or Windows update.
However, the package will not be added to computers unless users click the relevant buttons when prompted to opt-in.
