The following 10 months of project work was delivered on time in both Norway and South Africa. This would be the beginning of our client winning more contracts with their client over the next 18 months, allowing them to grow their UK office by 8 permanent heads, as well as hiring a global sales manager and building a commercial team. g2 recruited all of these staff and continued to supplement their project teams with contract staff with the same due diligence as when we first worked together, resulting in g2 becoming the sole supplier, a position we maintain to this day. It is worth noting that at the time g2 began working with this client, they were talking with five other agencies. Due to the quality of our database, ability to get to the heart of the requirements, candidate management and the speed of our delivery, not one placement was made by the other companies.
