The g2 Solution
The first task was market research. This was to see what candidates were available, and what
packages Tillomeds competitors were offering. Without doing this, an increase in the package on offer may not necessarily have made the difference. G2 also advised on shortening the recruitment process, speeding up the time it took for CV feedback and confirming a recruitment timeline that Tillomed could commit to, to help in securing any candidates.
As g2 has an extensive network in Europe, it actually became apparent that there was a higher quality of candidate available in different European countries, and by broadening the geographical range of the search, new and previously uncontacted candidates were found.
By challenging the approach used by Tillomed’s previous recruiters, g2 managed to offer a new solution with only a slight increase in salary, whilst sticking to the brief for the role.
