Building Control Officer

Hi everyone,

I hope you are well! A Local Authority client of mine, based in East Midlands, are currently recruiting for a Building Control Officer and Principal Building Control Officer. The roles are interim 6-month contracts, potential to become permanent.

Building Control Officer

• Domestic property experience (inspections, vetting).
• Covering a property portfolio including small shops, flats, offices and more.
• HNC/HND in construction/building studies desirable.

Principal Building Control Officer:

• Complex building experience (high-rises, flats) in city centres.
• Larger corporate properties (sports complexes).
• Fire Safety knowledge and professional institute membership preferable.
