Building Engineering Supervisor

My client, a local authority based on the Oxfordshire/Buckinghamshire boarder are recruiting for a Building Engineering Supervisor to join them on a initial 6 month contract with the possibility of an extension.

Essential criteria:

• experience providing mechanical and electrical management ensuring all commercial properties are well maintained
• be able to oversee and complete the specifications of replacement equipment using the most cost-efficient methods
• experience with SFG20 requirements and CDM regulations

Interviews will be held over Team’s next week and the role is hybrid with regards to the working arrangement.

Rate: Negotiable
Start Date: Immediate
Length: 6 months
