Building Surveyor

g2 are working with a local authority based in Essex are looking to bring in a Building Surveyor with Reactive and Planned Maintenance experience for an initial 3-month contract.

The role will be a mixture of remote working and on-site so the ideal candidate would be able to drive with access to a vehicle.

Essential Experience:

• Reactive + Planned Maintenance
• Working in a local authority
• IT literate

Desired but not essential:

• Chartered
• Local to the authority
• Done the same role at a local authority previously

Rate: Negotiable
Contract: 3-Months
Location: Essex
Start Date: ASAP
