Building Surveyor

Hello all,

I am currently recruiting for a Stock Condition Surveyor on an interim 6-month contract. This position is with a Local Authority in South Yorkshire and is inside IR35, offering hybrid working.

The role will involve:

• Carrying out 3-5 internal/external Stock Condition Surveys/day.
• HHSRS Evaluations and Domestic Energy Assessments.
• Liaising with tenants and improving the access rate for properties in the council’s portfolio.

You need to be:

• Qualified DEA/EPC and HHSRS.
• Familiar with working as a Stock Condition Surveyor for council-owned residential properties.
• Available to start ASAP.
