I am currently working with a client within communications intelligence in Hamburg. The company develops intelligent communication systems for the automated acquisition, processing, visualization and evaluation of mass data in real time.

They are looking for a Manager in Customer Support to start as soon as possible. Some roles and responsibilities in this position are:

  • Technical and disciplinary management of a team consisting of support engineers and software support experts
  • Further development of the service portfolio
  • Operational customer support and/or technical support
  • Coaching, motivation and further development of team members

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Successfully completed technical studies or training (electrical engineering, communications engineering, computer science or similar).
  • First experience in disciplinary and/or technical management
  • Experience in in-service support and/or customer care
  • Affinity, understanding and enthusiasm for complex software
  • Interest in international business trips
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
