Estates Manager

My client, a local authority in Hertfordshire are recruiting for an Estates Manager to join them on a 6 month contract with the likelihood of an extension. The position is remote with site / office visits occurring when required (Roughly twice a week).

Essential criteria:

– Previous management experience within Estates
– Commercial property experience

Desired criteria:

– Chartered – MRICS or FRICS
– Local Authority / Public Sector experience

Interviews will be held over teams the week commencing the 27/06/22.

Rate: Negotiable
Start Date: ASAP
Length: 6 months
