Head of Regeneration

My client based in the Midlands is looking for an Interim Head of Regeneration on a 9-month contract, with site visits only taking place once a fortnight. The main Projects you will be overseeing and working on are Town Centre Regeneration, an Economic Prosperity Programme and Development based Regeneration Project.

Role: Head of Regeneration

Rate: £550-£750 per day

IR35 Status: Outside/Inside IR35

Client: Midlands

Contract length: Initial 9-months

Working hours: flexible (open to part-time or full-time)

Remote working: once on site per fortnight

Required Skillset

• An all-rounder, who has a background in Regeneration, Economic Development and Development (may consider two of these for exceptional candidates)
• Ability to engage with Consultants, Shareholders and members of staff; previous experience of managing a team is necessary. Will be in charge of overseeing Project/Programme Managers as well
• Develop strategy for a portfolio of Projects; main focus will be on Town Centre Regeneration
