• Engaging with individuals who are most at risk of rough sleeping, providing intensive support to enable them to remain in their accommodation
• Working with partner agencies to draw up pathway plans, sit on multi-agency partner panels and establish early alert systems
• Obtaining intelligence from partner agencies to highlight those at imminent risk of homelessness
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with private landlords and increase access to this sector for those at risk of rough sleeping
• Working with accommodation providers to reduce short notice eviction
• Providing advice to those at risk of homelessness
