One of my local authority clients are currently on the lookout for a Housing Options Officer to join their team.
Successful candidates will have experience working within the HRA 2018 with a good understanding and knowledge of the legislation and have a past experience of successfully managing high caseloads.
It is preferred if you have past experience using Jigsaw or Abritas but is not essential.
You will be required to work X5 days from home in week 1 and then X5 days in office in week 2. This is a 2 week rota which will continuously repeat and is in place in order to assist with the duty rota.
