Housing Options Officer

• Good working knowledge of Housing and Homelessness acts and all other relevant legislation (Part 6 & 7).
• Knowledgeable around the HRA.
• Ability to enquire into the circumstances of housing applicants, verify details and recognise risks and needs.
• Home Connections IT System (Beneficial – Not Essential).
