Liveable Neighbourhood Regeneration Scheme Project Manager

Liveable Neighbourhood Scheme Project Manager- London Borough- 3 Month Rolling Contract- Flexible working schedule.

My client, a local authority in the central London Boroughs, is looking to bring in a technical project manager for their liveable neighbourhood’s regeneration scheme on a rolling contract basis. The role would take more of an oversight position on the scheme, liaising with TFL stakeholders and staff, taking the scheme through initial procurement and bid stage and handle the project with appropriate staff through to delivery. The ideal candidate for my client would possess:

• Client and Stakeholder liaison skills- regular meetings with TFL, developers and stakeholders to provide update reports, feasibility studies and answering any potential queries.
• Transport modelling experience- developing transport assessments, investigating impact on the network with the neighbourhood road and transport network.
• A technical project management background- previous experience in transport strategy planning and modelling, however main focus on the client side of contracts and projects.

Contract Length- 3 Month Rolling Contract

IR35 Status- Inside.

Flexible Working schedule- for discussion, but availability to get to sight on occasion would be preferred.
