Planned Maintenance & Statutory Compliance Surveyor

My client based on the South Coast are looking to appoint a Surveyor within the Property & Estates team to focus on Planned Maintenance and Statutory Compliance.

Experience Required

• Focus on corporate assets capital projects (Parks, Car Parks, Public Buildings, Toilets, Receptions etc). Refurbishment works. No Council Housing.
• Experience in Procurement, specifying works, contract administration/supervision.
• Previous local authority experience.

Contract Length: 6 Months (min).

Rate: £negotiable DOE.

Remote working is available.
