Private Sector Housing Officer

A good local authority client of mine in the East Midlands are seeking an experienced Private Sector Housing Officer for a 6 month initial contract to help them clear a backlog of HMO inspection work.

The role requires you to be a competent Private Sector Housing Officer so you will need to be HHSRS qualified and also be confident inspecting properties to do their HMO Licence condition visits and part 1 inspections if this is required.

The role will be 2-3 days on site to complete the visits and the rest will be working from home. This role is umbrella paid and inside of IR35 but the rate is negotiable.
