My client is currently searching for a Program Manager for their company in the Helmond area, they specialise within the Water Treatment industry. This Program Manager will be managing a broad spectrum of projects. You will be tasked with coordinating cross functional business process improvements.

They are looking for a Program Manager who can; oversee matrix of projects, coordinate cross functional business process improvements, and build a fun & efficient culture. You’ll be reporting to the director of projects, leading a team of engineers to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time.

Essential Skills:

• Project Management experience
• Matrix project experience
• PMP, PMI OR Prince etc. Certification
• Bachelors or equivalent experience in Mechanical, Electrical, OR Electrical engineering
• An individual with excellent Technical, Interpersonal, and Leadership skills
• 5+ years experience
• Dutch & English fluency

• Excellent stakeholder management
