Senior Highway Design Engineer

I am currently recruiting for a Senior Highway Design Engineer for a position. The role is based in the South of England and offering a competitive rate. This exciting opportunity is looking for a confident Senior Civil Engineer to hit the ground running ad carry out an outstanding £3m town centre restructure project. The role will consist of altering junction alignment, exciting active travel works, and various town refurbishment projects.

The successful candidate:

• A confident, outgoing Senior Civil engineer, comfortable with stakeholder engagement.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Civils 3D.
• An individual comfortable working on the entirety of the project, carrying out surveys and setting out in preliminary stages, Design, and reporting to the line manager throughout the entirety.
• Comfortable being left to their own devices to get the job done efficiently and to a high standard.

Contract Length: 6 months (likely extension)

Site visits: 1 day a week (Non-negotiable), may vary during different stages in the development.
