Senior Highway Design Engineer

A client of mine is currently recruiting for a Highway Design Engineer. Due to an influx of capital funding this local authority based in the southwest is in the process of creating an in house engineering team to carry out projects in the capital program ranging from Active Travel, BSIP and Traffic projects.

The successful applicant with have 10 year’s experience working as a Highways engineer. They are looking for a competent engineer to join the team and hit the ground running. You must be proficient in Auto CAD, Vehicle tracking and Key signs to carry out the role.

They are offering a competitive salary for a 6-month contract initially with a likelihood of this being extended. This client is hoping to get someone in post by the start of April therefore is moving on a quick time frame.
