Aids & Adaptation Surveyor – North West
I am currently assisting my client based in the North West are currently on the search for an Aids & Adaptations Surveyor who can immediately join their surveying team to assist with this adaptations program.
Surveyors are expected to visit properties to identify how: ramps, stairlifts, wet-rooms, handrails, level-access showers etc can be implemented into a client’s property, with an expectation of the specification drawings for the project being completed using AutoCAD.
Candidate Expectations:
- Is capable doing measured surveys within a household.
- Has the ability to use AutoCAD.
- Is able to develop project plans for the adaptations project.
Away from on-site work, surveyors are expected to create a schedule of works for the project, liaise with contractors and ensure the project is progressing as initially targeted.
This role will be a 40/60 split, with X2 days on-site & X3 days remote for your admin duties.
Successful candidates will have previous experience working in disabled adaptation projects and will have a motivation to benefit the local community.
Additional Details:
Contract: 6 month contact.
Rate: £28-£30p/h.
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: 37 per week
