My client based within East Anglia is currently undergoing a big service review/restructure and is therefore looking to appoint to a number of positions. The roles do not require a day to day office presence, you are able to work remotely and complete site visits.
Building Control Surveyor x3
- Ideally level 4/5/6 Surveyor (not essential).
- Domestic experience, including: House Building, New Developments, Extensions etc.
- Commercial experience:
- Would ideally like someone who could do dangerous structures, run a Rota and answer calls regarding it.
Building Control Group Manager
- Experience of the above.
- Previous experience running the service within a local authority.
These positions are temporary contracts – whilst the council can appoint permanently.
Contract Length: 6-12 Months.
Rate: Negotiable DOE.
