Role – Building Control Surveyor
Duration – 3 months
Rate – £Negotiable per hour
Location – South East England
I am on the search for a qualified Building Control Surveyor on behalf of a fantastic G2 client. This role sees you:
- Ensure compliance with building regulations through conducting site inspections of ongoing works
- Consultations with planning applicants, providing pre-planning advise and appraising against relevant legislation
- Ensuring public safety through responding to / taking action on dangerous structures reported
This role is:
- Full time, 37 hours per week
- Hybrid working is available, typically you will be on site 3 days a week
- 3 months initial contract with an extension possible
You will need:
- Experience within Building control is essential
- A degree, HNC or relevant qualification
