My client based in the North West are looking to appoint 2x Building Control Surveyors to cover a restructure across the service.
Both roles will cover domestic works, so experience of Small Extensions, New Build Developments & Conversions is essential.
An aspect of the second role will cover commercial works, therefore experience of working on Schools, Sports/Leisure Centres is required.
Responsibilities/Skills/Experience
- Plan Checking.
- Site Inspections.
- Enforcement.
- Recent Local Authority Building Control experience.
Contract Length: 6 Months
Rate: Negotiable DOE (Open to Outside IR35, but cannot guarantee).
