My client in Lincolnshire are looking to recruit for a Building Surveyor to join their asset investment team and assist in an upcoming stock condition project.
The ideal candidate will:
– Be experienced with Decent Homes surveys
– Come from a social housing background
– Be comfortable in a role educating tenants
– Have experience working with and identifying Damp & mould
Contract length – 6 Months
Rate – Negotiable DOE (Inside IR35)
