My client in Gloucestershire is seeking a customer advisor to join their team.
To resolve customer queries by assessing benefits entitlement, including housing benefit and council tax reduction.
You must be able to work flexibly and adapt to the changing needs of customers, including correcting mistakes on council tax bills, resolving benefits issues, or supporting a vulnerable individual.
You must have an up-to-date knowledge of:
Housing benefit and council tax reduction entitlement and eligibility
Housing advice including housing register and homelessness support
Council tax billing and recovery due to non-payment
Systems; Northgate NEC, Enterprise and Anywhere365
Job Type: Full time and Part Time available
Rate: Negotiable DOE
Contract length: 3 months
