About the role:
An Aerospace client of g2 Recruitment based in Munich is looking for a Design Engineer expert consultant to support in their upcoming project, you would be expected to be a lead engineer and a consultant that the client will be heavily able to rely on.
You would be expected to Design, Develop and Implement changes within the Aerospace Engine sector with experience of working with Gas Turbine Engines.

Responsibilities:
Key Skills Required:
- Must have 5+ years of experience in Aerospace
- Strong CAD knowledge (Catia or NX)
- 5+ years of experience with Gas Turbine Engines, Aero Engines and Combustors
- Strong knowledge of working with various different materials
- Able to produce and understand 2D technical drawings, including datum structure, GD&T and tolerance stack up analysis.
- English speaker
Desired Skills:
- Strong German Speaking Skills
- Familiar with various manufacturing processes including welding, machining, 3D printing, injection moulding etc.
This is a contract position; the ideal candidate will be authorised to work in Germany before applying.
