LOCATION: Amsterdam - Netherlands
WORK PATTERN: Full-time, Hybrid - Permanent
Specification:
- 7+ years HSE technical background and managerial experience
- Management of local/regional/global and corporate HSE processes
- Experience in the manufacturing/chemical/petrochemical/oil and gas sector
- Fluent in English, any other languages are a bonus.
g2 Recruitment's client needs an HSE Implementation manager who will work as part of the central corporate team, coordinating HSE roll out for procedures, strategy and compliance progress across the four clusters. No man management for the regional HSE directors but must be the big picture thinker to lead the business.
This person will have to manage their own time, schedule, processes. An independent worker. Someone who can convince and show technical HSE knowledge but manage this knowledge to implement these procedures for all levels of the company from the floor up.
g2 Recruitment's client is interested to speak with candidates coming from a background of HSE/HSEQ management or senior management, the ideal candidate will have either managed all safety requirements for live operational sites (client operator side) or worked within a global/regional organisation taking ownership for all HSEQ related compliance, procedures, strategy review and roll out (global client operator company).
