A local authority client of mine based in the South West of England are seeking a Housing Options Manager to join their team on an interim basis with there being the potential for this to become something more permanent following should that be your preference.
You will need to have experience of:
- Managing a frontline housing options services
- Understanding homeless legislation
- Temporary Accommodation
- Writing and reviewing Policy & Procedures
You will be required to work in office X2 days per week with their being scope to work the remainder from home.
There will be an expectancy to manage the service in an effective manner given recent changes so prior experience at managerial level within Housing Options is essential for this post.
