My Local Authority client based in the East Midlands are looking for TWO Housing Options Officers for 6 months to help assist an increased workload.
About the role:
- 6-month contract
- 2 days in office on rota work
- 3 days remote doing casework
- Use the software Jigsaw and Abritas
- Have a caseload of 50-60 per person
- Paid hourly, through an Umbrella company
What you’ll need:
- At least 3 years recent experience doing housing options or homelessness work within a local government or housing association setting
- Experience with Section 184 decision-making and working with high caseloads
- Be able to come on-site 2 days per week
