I’m working a role with a great local authority client of mine based in the East Midlands to join their Housing Options team as a Housing Options / Solutions Officer to bring some experience to their current team, help reduce a backlog of cases and assist with current workloads.
Here’s what you need to know:
Role – Housing Solutions / Options Officer
Location – Local Authority based in the East Midlands
Rate – £25+ (open to negotiation)
Contract length – 6 months (likely extension)
Working Pattern – Hybrid 2 days pw (flexible depending on experience)

What they need for you:
- They’re looking for someone with direct experience in housing options / solutions with expertise in Part 7 of the HRA 2017 including making section 184 decisions, making personalised housing plans (PHP), prevention and duty relief and managing your own case load.
- Must be able to come on sight 2 days per week (for at least the first month)
- Have experience using LOCATA
