One of my local authority clients based in the South of England are currently on the lookout for a Housing Options Officer to join their team on an interim basis.
For this role you will be expected to work X2 days per week in office with there being scope for the remaining X3 days to be worked from home.
Successful applicants will have experience:
– Assessing homeless applicants
– Issuing prevention & relief notification letters
– Creating and issuing Personal Housing Plans
– Issuing section 184 decision letters
– Working in local authorities
The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience doing the above within a local authority setting as their will be an expectancy to come in and hit the ground running.
