My client based on the South Coast is looking to appoint a Housing Options Team Leader for an initial 3-6 month period.
Skills/Experience/Requirements
- Good working knowledge of Housing and Homelessness acts and all other relevant legislation.
- Signing off Section 184 Decisions.
- Undertake case reviews on behalf of the authority under part VI and VII of the Housing Act 1996 (as amended) and the Council’s Allocation Policy.
- Interviewing under caution where necessary.
- Coaching junior staff and providing training where necessary.
Contract Length: 3-6 Months.
Rate: Negotiable DOE.
Working Pattern: 4 days in office ideally.
