I’m currently working with one of my great existing local authority clients based in the East Midlands for a Housing Options Team leader to come in and bring some extra structure to the team. Here’s what you need to know…
Role – Housing Options Team Leader / Senior Housing Options Officer
Location – Local Authority based in the East Midlands
Rate – £33+ (open to negotiation)
Contract length – 6 months (possible extension)
Working Pattern – Hybrid 2-3 days pw (flexible depending on experience)
You must have the following experience to be qualified:
- Experience in Managing a team of Options Officer’s
- The ability to complete reviews (S202’s)
- The ability to come into the office at least 2 days per week.
You will be responsible for the line management of 9 staff members in the Housing Options Team, undertaking homeless reviews, responding to complaints, members enquiries, freedom of information requests, submitting HCLIC returns amongst other duties expected of a senior officer and reporting directly reporting into the Housing Options Manager.
