A local authority client of mine within the Staffordshire region are seeking an experienced HR Administrator.
The role is part/time and would suit someone looking to get back into the field after a career break or someone in-between posts. It is for 3 – 6 months with a view of extension but it is around 18-20 hours per/week worth of work.
– Setting up new starters to the business, liaising with staff payroll and the new payroll provider.
– Processing members of staff that are leaving/moving on from the business having gone through a TUPE exercise.
– Recruitment support exercises.
– Updating their filing systems through platforms like Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
The right candidate will be IT savy and you will need to have had previous experience within a form of local authority setting. The role will be umbrella paid and on a per/hour basis.
