Client Overview:

Our client offers services which run from the initial conception to the assembly and installation of entire systems, including commissioning and all service and maintenance work. There primary focus is in district heating and cooling systems for the mission critical, pharmaceutical, biotechnology and fine chemical industry.

Project overview

The client have recently won the mechanical package for new 9MW data center construction. The project will be based just outside of Berlin and activities will kick off in October.

Qualifications required:

  • Technical background and understanding of HVAC systems.
  • 2+ years of experience in a Project Management position.
  • Worked in a mission critical environment previously (preferably data centers)
  • Track record of managing stakeholders and interfacing with clients.
  • Based or willing to relocate to Berlin.
  • Permanent EU residency.
  • German language is a must (project language is German).

Erforderliche Qualifikationen:

Technischer Hintergrund und Verständnis für HLK-Systeme.
Mehr als 2 Jahre Erfahrung in einer Projektmanagementposition.
Sie haben bereits in einer unternehmenskritischen Umgebung gearbeitet (vorzugsweise in Rechenzentren)
Erfolgsbilanz im Management von Interessengruppen und im Umgang mit Kunden.
Wohnhaft in Berlin oder bereit, nach Berlin umzuziehen.
Ständiger Wohnsitz in der EU.
Deutsche Sprache ist ein Muss (Projektsprache ist Deutsch).

Ran by our head of L&D this programme is designed to support junior managers as they start their management career. This involves things like personal branding, time management and ends in a business plan which is presented to members of the Exec board and senior management team.

Kane joined g2 in April 2023 as an Academy & Systems Trainer.

His role involves teaching the consultants that are new to the company the foundations of recruitment and our systems before then helping them to upskill in areas specific to each consultant. Working closely with different consultants and watching them implement the feedback, apply it, and then benefit off the back of it.
