About the role:
We are currently looking for a Project Manager within MEP planning for our client based in Baden-Württemberg. This is a fully remote permanent role with a multinational client working in the area of electronics and automotive technology. There is the option to work FULLY REMOTE with an average of 2/3 onsite visits required per month.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage MEP projects from inception to completion, ensuring all project objectives are met.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and construction.
* Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
* Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
* Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
* Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.
* Foster a collaborative and positive working environment.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in the MEP field.
* At least 2 years of project management experience.
* Demonstrated experience with handling units, cooling systems, or liquid cooling is a strong plus.
* German language proficiency at B1 level or higher is essential.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Relevant degree or certification in engineering, project management, or a related field is preferred.
