INTERVIEWS NEXT WEEK – Senior Housing Review Officer – Home Counties – Predominantly Remote – Job Opportunity

One of my local authority clients based in the Home Counties are currently on the lookout for a Senior Housing Review Officer to join their team on an interim basis.

You will be directly responsible for X2 Housing Review Officers and will be responsible for the effective delivery of the Council’s statutory duty with reference to the Review service under the Housing Act 1996 Part V1 and VII, (as amended) HRA 2017, considering the relevant codes of guidance and case law, section 202 reviews etc.

This role will be more managerial focused than it is operational therefore it is not only essential you have prior experience doing the above within a local authority setting but is also essential that you have experience in a senior/leadership role within this line of work.

There is a requirement for this post to be present in office X1 day per week with their being scope for the remainder to be worked from home.

Experienced Modules:
These are a variety of sessions curated by us designed to support consultants as they are progressing through the career ladder, the aim is to ensure consultants at all levels have access to L&D.

Junior Management Programme:
Ran by our head of L&D this programme is designed to support junior managers as they start their management career. This involves things like personal branding, time management and ends in a business plan which is presented to members of the Exec board and senior management team.
