My client is looking for 3 OT Project Managers to help manage multiple factories for their Global OT deployment Project. Can you help them?

They are a global FMCG company who are deploying OT on over 45 of their factories, you will be responsible for the management of this deployment for 10-15 of these factories, they already have a consultancy managing the hands on deployment however they need your help with the management of the procedures.

Essential Requirements:

  • Project management experience
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • OT project knowledge (doesn’t have to be hands on)
  • Autonomous management style (independent)
  • English Speaking

Beneficial Requirements:

  • OT deployment process experience
  • OT procedures experience – Patching, reliability, risk management, change management etc.

Day to Day:

  • Provide support to the factories.
  • Manage stakeholders.
  • Write procedure plans.
  • Solve issues.
  • Provide external support to engineers and other managers.

Week 1 is a series of remote sessions to learn all things systems, followed by a 1 week academy process which is a mixture of classroom and deskside this will be in one of our UK offices and usually consists of 3-8 other consultants all starting their journey together.

Experienced Modules:
These are a variety of sessions curated by us designed to support consultants as they are progressing through the career ladder, the aim is to ensure consultants at all levels have access to L&D.

Junior Management Programme:
Ran by our head of L&D this programme is designed to support junior managers as they start their management career. This involves things like personal branding, time management and ends in a business plan which is presented to members of the Exec board and senior management team.
