A local authority client of mine within the West Midlands are seeking a Private Sector Housing Officer for a contract initially until the end of October 2023.
Due to the nature of work you will be required on site in the district to complete HHSRS inspections and will also need to work X1 days per week from their office buildings. There is scope for the remainder of your work to be done remotely from home.
You will be responsible for inspecting properties under HHSRS and the Housing Act 2004.
Successful candidates will have a minimum of 12 months experience doing the above within a local authority setting as there will be an expectancy to be able to hit the ground running.
