My Housing Association client based in Southwest London/Surrey Border have been unsuccessful in recruiting to several positions and have reached out to g2 to support them. The organisation holds around 7500 units, of which 40% are standard residential housing units / 60% are Flats & Blocks.
Programme Manager
Looking for someone who can manage the delivery of planned investment programmes and provide leadership to the team.
Skills/Experience/Requirements
- Experience managing housing refurbishment/construction projects & programmes ranging from circa £10-15m in value.
- Have previously line managed staff – Capital Works Surveyors / Project Managers / Quality Assurance Inspectors / RLOs.
- Manage JCT contractors and consultants – procuring additional works contracts and staff resources where necessary.
Key Details
- Contract Length: 6 Months
- Rates: £negotiable DOE.
- Working Pattern: Hybrid.
