· To maintain and improve housing stock within a framework of improving quality and cost effectiveness. |
· To lead, appoint, negotiate with, manage, and monitor consultants and contractors to deliver the Investment Programme. |
· To be responsible for contracts managed by the Project Team and take a lead role in determining future contract strategy. |
· To manage the Project Team in the delivery of major works, to meet statutory and other requirements and resident priorities. |
