We have a client within the renewable energy industry, who is looking for a candidate with a passion to make the world a Cleaner and Greener space.

The client is looking for a Project Manager to join supporting projects from concept, through FEED, procurement and construction. This would be a Project Manager delivering onshore energy projects, covering rooftops, battery storage and solar PV farms.

It is very important that the Project Manager is Construction bias and understands the health and safety risks involved with projects.

The client is working on energy (power generation, energy transition projects. This would be based onshore.

Start: October/November/December 2024

Salary: €85,000-€120,000 per annum + great package (car, pension, bonus)

PROJECT MANAGER

  • Have experience within the construction sector, ideally for main contractors or sub-contractors
  • Knowledge or understanding of electrical or power generation packages, equipment
  • Technical engineering background - Flexible on skills
  • Motivated to work in the renewable energy space
  • Experience working with customers and building relationships.
  • Cradle to grave project delivery- procurement, planning, budget
  • Conversational German (Happy to learn German)

Academy:
Week 1 is a series of remote sessions to learn all things systems, followed by a 1 week academy process which is a mixture of classroom and deskside this will be in one of our UK offices and usually consists of 3-8 other consultants all starting their journey together.

Experienced Modules:
These are a variety of sessions curated by us designed to support consultants as they are progressing through the career ladder, the aim is to ensure consultants at all levels have access to L&D.

Junior Management Programme:
Ran by our head of L&D this programme is designed to support junior managers as they start their management career. This involves things like personal branding, time management and ends in a business plan which is presented to members of the Exec board and senior management team.
