About the Role:
A Motor sport Client of g2 Recruitment are looking for a Performance and/or a Race Engineer that has Motorsport experience, you will be putting one of the most sought after Super Sports Cars to the test on the track and will be a pivotal part to an important project.
This is a contract position; the ideal candidate will be authorised to work in Germany before applying.
Contract length – 3 Years
Location – Bavaria
Salary – €70,000.00 – €90,000.00
Core Tasks:
Have a flexible, rigorous, and constructive approach to analysis and problem solving as this role will require extensive hours both at the track and from the office.
Lead the development of the wider engineering function, striving for continual improvement of our methods and practices
Be able to fully test and develop a Super Sports Car
Qualification & Experience Requirements:
Have a strong mechanical, automotive, or aerospace engineering degree and experience as a Race / Performance Engineer in Motorsport.
Be able to work calmly and confidently under pressure whilst maintaining excellent communication skills and confidence in your own decision-making abilities.
Be data-driven, with a strong understanding of all aspects of race car performance optimisation
Must be able to Speak German and English
