Repairs/Voids Surveyor

Repairs/ Voids Building Surveyor x3 Needed- Housing Association- Essex- 6 Month Rolling Contract.

A new client of mine, one of the largest housing associations in Essex, is looking to bring in three talented surveyors both for immediate start, on 6 month rolling contracts.

Both roles will incorporate hybrid working with 1 or 2 days working from home possible. The ideal senior surveyor for my client would possess:

  • Experience managing multiple contracts with day-to-day repairs, voids and stock condition.
  • Ability to write detailed reports, ensuring delivery within financial budgets and customer service is high level. Familiarity with it skills and H+S Assurance required.
  • Experience in the above areas as a surveyor, familiarity with the whole survey lifecycle, raising PO’s working to a SOR, familiarity with SOR Codes and post remedial works snagging.

Working Schedule- 1 or 2 days WFH, rest from Central Essex Office.

Contract Length– 6 Month Rolling Contract Indefinitely.

IR35 Status- Inside.

Experienced Modules:
These are a variety of sessions curated by us designed to support consultants as they are progressing through the career ladder, the aim is to ensure consultants at all levels have access to L&D.

Junior Management Programme:
Ran by our head of L&D this programme is designed to support junior managers as they start their management career. This involves things like personal branding, time management and ends in a business plan which is presented to members of the Exec board and senior management team.
