Housing Officer – London
Contract Length: 3 months with the opportunity to go permanent after initial contract.
Hours per week: 37 hours a week
Working Pattern: 4 days on site, 1 day remote.
Negotiable rates dependent on experience for initial 3 months.
Perm Salary – £34,000 – £35,000
Essential experience needed:
– Over 3 years’ experience in Housing Management, covering a patch of properties.
– Experience covering the full remit of Housing management including; Rents, Voids, Sign Ups, ASB, Leasehold management, and tenancy management.
– Confident covering a patch of around 250 properties.
