We are seeking a team Leader with experience in Revenues and Benefits administration to lead, motivate, and manage our team based in Derbyshire. This role is offering fully remote working.
Leading a team of Council Tax and Housing Benefit professionals
Monitoring individual and team performance
Liaising with the Valuation Tribunal Service and Valuation Office Agency
Overseeing and taking responsibility for the issue of legislatively compliant documents including bills, completion notices and benefit decision letters..
Monitoring service level agreements and any changes in legislation.
Assisting with system testing.
Creating training plans and delivering/overseeing training.
Overseeing the escalation of more complex service issues and informing the Service Manager
Experienced and technically proficient in using Academy software
IRRV qualified or have equivalent knowledge/experience
Significantly experienced in at least one of the following areas of Revenues and Housing Benefit administration, Council Tax administration, Council Tax Reduction administration
Job Type: Full Time
Contract length: 3 months with possibility of extension
Rate: £Negotiable DOE
