I am working with a Council based in Hampshire seeking a Revenues Systems Manager to join their team.
Ensure that the IT infrastructure supporting the revenues and welfare function is fully operational and that upgrades are properly planned, tested and implemented.
Experience in the revenues functions, with an enthusiasm for developing our team in a highly-regulated and technical profession is essential.
You will also bring ideas that will help to increase the self-serve facilities that are available to the customers; to improve automation in the processing of incoming correspondence.
Proficiency in the Academy system is essential
Contract length: 6 months with possibility for extension
