Role – Taxi Licensing Officer (Admin)
Contract length – 6 months.
Working Style – 4 days per/week on site and 1 day from home
Location – East Midlands
Rate – Negotiable per/hour.
My local authority client in the East Midlands are seeking an experienced Licensing Applications Officer to work within their Taxi licensing area of the department.
The role will not be doing enforcement but purely applications/administration based.
The role is a 6-month contract and due to the role being applications based and a new IT system being rolled out you will need to be in the office 4 x per/week.
Experience required:
- Recent local authority experience work on Taxi/Private Hire licensing applications.
- This will be running various checks to all new taxi applications within the district that have applied. There is a backlog of applications so it will be working through those for the 6 month period.
- Tascomi – IT system would be preferable but not essential.
