Tenancy Management Officer

One of my clients based in the South East are currently on the lookout for a Tenancy Management Officer to join their team on an interim basis.

Tenancy Management Officer

Contract: 3 Months
Rate: DOE
Start Date: ASAP
Hours 35 p/w
Days in office per week/Days worked from home: 4 / 1

You will be responsible for the tenancy and void management of a patch of properties, and will act as the first point of contact for members, tenants and other councils services in respect of the council owned residential properties.

You will be expected to provide a high quality, customer focused service covering all aspects of voids and tenancy management including transfer visits, welcome visits, tenancy charges, tenancy terminations and enforcement of tenancy conditions.

Successful candidates will need to have previous experience doing the above within a local authority setting as there will be an expectancy to come in and hit the ground running.

Academy:
Week 1 is a series of remote sessions to learn all things systems, followed by a 1 week academy process which is a mixture of classroom and deskside this will be in one of our UK offices and usually consists of 3-8 other consultants all starting their journey together.

Experienced Modules:
These are a variety of sessions curated by us designed to support consultants as they are progressing through the career ladder, the aim is to ensure consultants at all levels have access to L&D.

Junior Management Programme:
Ran by our head of L&D this programme is designed to support junior managers as they start their management career. This involves things like personal branding, time management and ends in a business plan which is presented to members of the Exec board and senior management team.
